SH(R) Series slurry pump is mainly using for handling abrasive, high density slurries in the metallurgical, mining, coal, power, building material and other industrial departments etc.                                                            

Construction design  

The frame plates of this pump have changeable, hard metal or rubber liners. The impellers are made of wear-resistant metal or rubber.

The shaft seal of this kind of slurry pump could use the packing seal, centrifugal seal.

The discharge branch can be positioned at intervals of 45 degrees by request and oriented to any eight positions to suit installations and applications.

The pump of this type may be installed in multistage series to meet the delivery for long distance.

The wet parts of Slurry Pump are one of the most important spare parts. 
For long service life of the wet ends parts, 
they are made of wear-resistant high chromium alloy or rubber, 
which have superior wear and erosion resistance.

The materials brand of A05 is KmTBCr26,used for higher wearcondition with PH between 5 and 12.
A49 materials is used lower PH conditions especially for flue gas. It also can be used for lower-sour condition and desulfuration installation with PH not be less than 4.
A05 and A49 are high-chrome alloy castings.
