Q: How to get a quotation?

A:Please contact our sales representative online via TM, or send an inquiry to us about your requirement on the product.And send us the formal drawings with detail requirements and dimensions by email.We will make the quotation based on the drawings.

Q: Which format of drawing is workable to you?

A:We would like to receive the standard CAD format drawings, like DXF, DWG,etc.which can be converted to the related PDF drawings with detail description of the request. Any other 3D format drawings are also acceptable, such as STEP, IGS,etc.

Q: Can you provide samples? What’s the cost of samples?and the leading time ?

A:Samples are available for your approval before mass order. Usually, the sample cost should be twice than the mass quantity price.It can be returned to our customers once the mass quantity order are placed. The leading time is 7-10days for samples.

Q: How is the payment terms ?

A:For samples, PAYPAL, Western Union, T/T can be acceptable. While for mass quantity orders, T/T will be better. L/C could be available for some of the big value orders.

Q: What about the package?

A:The package can be made according the the clients requirement. Usually, standard export cartons for most of the goods.with protection film inside. Wooden case(plywood) can be provided for some of the big and heavy products. That depends on the products.
