The whole set of equipment adopts fully enclosed operation which can realize whole-process control by PLC. It adopts vacuum negative pressure conveying,automatic weighing. The dispersing,grinding and mixing are finished by multifunctional dispersion kettle in the the meantime,so as to break through and solve the difficulty of low yield,large wastage,poor quality and such problems caused by manual operation in the coating industry. It can save lots of labor costs and effectively avoid human errors.

It can be designed and customized according to customer’s requirements and annual output and can be used not only for production of latex paint,interior and exterior wall paint,but also for stone-like paint etc.

Installation:

  We will send our engineers to facilitate our customer for the installation,correct operation of the complete equipment and staff training with expenses like return ticket,board and lodging to be borne by the customer.

Warranty:

   We provide our customer with one year of guarantee starting from commissioning of equipment,but not exceeding three months after B/L date.
