1 year or 1500 running hours;

Any trouble of breakdown caused by installation, design or material, we will take charge of repairment;

Any trouble or breakdown of the easily damaged parts and other parts with cost price, and our engineers can help to repair the generator to work again.

We will repair the fault report or compliant received with 2 hours after the reply. After receiving the city’s emergency services 12 hours field to reach the scene within 48 hours. (Service implementation of the agreement by foreign customers).

During the warranty period, if the reason is because the machine itself or damage resulting from failure (excluding wear parts). We will be free for you to repair or replace parts. Outside the warranty period, we will change a fixed fee provision, spare parts price will be provided..
