What’s more, we usually keep stock for original parts and OEM parts, and can pack as customer requests.  

2. Q: How can I learn more of your products, and who to contact?

3. Q: Can I do our own brand or logo on the packing or the parts? Or I have to pay more for that?

    A: Yes , Of course, you are always welcome for your brand sample or drawing to produce accordingly. We can do the laser treatment for your logo or to pack in your brand, No more shall be paid just request MOQ, and it depends on the item exactly.

4. Q: What to do when we get the damaged goods?

    A: Usually we would photo and keep the goods status clearly informed before delivery. No permit, no shipping. When it occurs, please take photos to show us the details to help us check accordingly. If it is our improper pack or any problem, we would make compensation or offer discount.

5. Q: When we receive your product , it is not that one I ordered , how do we do ?

   A: It seldom happens as to our years of trading experience, yet some countries vehicle would be modified, not standard as original then mistakes would be there. If so, please take photos of what we sent and what you need together to prepare, we will take responsible for this and to compare as more as possible in future to avoid same mistakes.
