 (1) Install Software To Computer.

 (2) Connect Encoder To Computer USB Port.

2.How does our lock work?

Every lock has a specific ID that can only be changed with special device that is connected to the lock directly. The cards are only programmed that way that there is a date until they are valid for being used as key, so if you steal a card and try to use it after the time of booking, the lock denies access even if the card has worked before simply because the date passed until it’s been declared as being valid.

Using a regular card-reader/-writer the values are secured using cryptographic techniques like signatures and/or encryption.

4.How Long for the Warranty?

Usually One-year warranty.

If the lock cannot work within one year period( man-made improper factors are not included). Parts and software solution will be offered with cost price after 1 year warranty. 

5.How to supply power?

Use four pieces of standard 1.5V alkaline battery,usually 12-18 months service life.

6.Is master card available?

It is available, one card can be programmed to open different locks.

7.What can we do if the power is off?

There is continually sound from the locks, and please replace the batteries.

If the power is totally off, use the mechanical keys to unlock.

8.If some guests lose the card, how to open the lock?

Use the master card or waiter card to unlock, then use the card encoder to cancel the lost card.

9.How can I get the locks?

We cooperate with DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS, EMS etc.
