Technical characteristics:

this structure is variable damping and passive damper(PSHD), it is new type passive damper with the semi-active control performance by adjusting the  sequence of control walve.

the drawing damping force and conpressing damping force of product is essentially equal, and the damping characteristics is symmetrical

damping performance is adjustable through scientifically and reasonably controlling walve 1, walve 2, walve 3 to get the different damping characteristics damper.

series of damper:

Type:

1. primary vertical damper(axle box damper)

it is used to control vertical movement between axle box and bogie. I.E nodding vibration.

2. Secondary vertical damper

it is used to control vertical movement between carbody and bogie. I.E nodding vibration and bouncing vibration

3. Secondary lateral damper

it is used to control lateral movement between carbody and bogie. I.E lateral  vibration and yawing vibration.

4. Yaw damper

it is used to control hunting movement between carbody and bogie. I.E hunting motion

5. Coupling damper

it is used to control lateral movement between motor hanging beam and bogie. I.E lateral vibration.
