JF204D three-phase salient pole traction motor
Application:
JF204D synchronous generator is a threephase salient pole traction motor, which capacity is 3700kVA, and using mature manufacturing processes, the absorption of foreign advanced technology. With a large capacity, high voltage, high insulation levels, temperature rising is low. Single rotor use single bearing bracing, magnetic pole is the integrated structure, collector ring is brass ring. One end of the rotor through the bearing E32626QTY and cover connect with the frame. The stator fanning strip use highquality steel plate DW36050, stator core fixed by tie bolt, rotor are by vacuum pressure dipping. The motor has been fitted with heavy duty locomotive of DF 8B and DF 11 quasi-high speed passenger locomotive, the motor can also be used in other areas.
