The Unique Technology Of Our Factory

When the paint is sprayed on the component the over spray is sucked rapidly by the high pressure centrifugal blower through the saw tooth plate and the eliminator. During the above process the paint waste particles get cut at the saw tooth plate thereby separating the thinner to the exhaust blower and paint waste into the tank. More finer spray dust is eliminated in the washing chamber.So the surface of furniture are more perfect than other types of painting process.

  A: 2D drawings (JPG. PDF, DWG file) are necessary, 3D drawings (STEP, IGS file) are preferred for quotation preparation.

2) Q: What is the lead time for samples and bulk order?

 A: The lead time for mould fabrication and FA will be normally 25~45 business days.

   The lead time for bulk order will be normally 20~30 business days, usually depend on your order qty. 

3) Q: How can I pay?

 A: Paypal, Western Union and T/T are preferred, so just tell us which is easier for you. Then we will send you our bank details, or as your requirements.

4) Q: How to send us the products?

 A: We usually use DHL, UPS, FedEx TNT to ship samples. For bulk orders, we support shipping by air or by sea.

5) Q: Can you design according to my requirements and put our logo on products?

 A: Yes, just tell us your idea and detailed requirements, our team will design for you. We can put your logo on the products. ODM/OEM is welcome.
