2E2M PP melt blown filter cartridge making machine includes:

 2 Extruders;

1 Logo Machine: make dots or keyholes on surface of PP cartridge

1 Crusher:  It is used to resue the wasted pp raw material in production

1 Sealing Machine: it is used to pack filters

1 Shrinking Machine:it is used to pack filters

1 Heating table: it is uesd to smooth the filter's cutting surface

The principle of PP spun filter making machine is as below:
There are two kinds of Full Automatic PP Spun Filter Cartridge Making Machines, one is adopting roots blower as the pressure –driven system; the other is using air compressor with air tank. Whatever both principle is similar as below:
Auto Feeder feeds 100% new drawing class polypropylene into Extruder. Then pp materials are melt by heating through Extruder. Roots Blower or Air Compressor and Air Tank blows the air into Air Heater and then the heated air will blow the liquid melted polypropylene materials through the Nozzle Heads (with hundreds of small holes in the mold), and finally threaded materials arrive at the spindle of Receiving Machine. Winding Device rotates and forms filter cartridges. Then formed pp melt blown filter get off the spindle and reach to Automatic Cutter. Auto Cutter cuts them according to the required length upon customers’ requirement.

2. Production capacity is related to the temperature of keep workshop temperature between 10~25 degree, production capacity will be stable
