Q1: What is your MOQ and can I order some samples to check the quality at first?

A: Usually our MOQ is 50pcs for each model, samples test order is acceptable, please tell us the model number you interested, the Qty you need and your receiving address, so we can provide our offer with best economic shipping solution for your accordingly.

Q2: Can we print our logo on the product & package? What is the MOQ?

A: OEM/ODM is welcomed, the detail as below:

1.      Print your logo on product and neutral gift box, MOQ: 100 unit. If below 100 unit, we would charge $1 for one print 

2.      Print your logo on product and customize the Giftbox/User manual,MOQ:1000 unit;

3.      Other detail demands please inquiry with us freely.

Q3: How about your lead time?

 A: For samples, it would be 3-5 days. And for OEM/ODM or bulk order mass production, it would take 7-20 days depending on your order Qty.

Q4: What is your warranty?

A: We have built internal strict quality control standard (AQL Level II) for all cargos inspection and to ensure each product in good condition before shipment. Last year’s RMA rate are <3%;

We provide 12 month warranty to our VR Headset, Tablet pc; And 6 month warranty to cell phone accessories.

If find some defective units, please inform us within 3 day when you get the product. Please return the unit in original status, so we can qualify the refund to you accordingly.
