1.What’s the MOQ of your products? Can l have a sample order?

   MOQ 50pcs, and first time 1-10 samples for quality test are welcomed.

Usually, the price we quote is EXW + Shipping cost which means that it didn’t include any import duties, taxes. If you want to know FOB or CIF price, please contact our experienced salesman directly.

3.Can you put my brand name(logo) on products?

Yes, of course. OEM service is the most important part of our trade purpose.
If you have ready design for your logo, please send it to us and confirm the position of the logo;
If you don’t have the logo design yet, we could design for you, it’s a free service if you order from us.

5.What is your product quality? Is there any test before delivery?

Yes, we can. The cost will be different from your quantity. More qty, less cost.

7.Can you accept ODM order?
Yes, we can. We have our own mold factory; we could develop the mold for you as you required.

8.How is your after sales-service?
Warranty: 13 months for smart watch for sport.
Return policy: If there is defective in warranty, please collect them together, and send back to us, we will offer free replacement to you and each bear half of the freight.
