Technical Requirements

1.       Except remarks, the form and size of welding and joint is in line with GBQ85-088-088 standard, and the height of sealing is equal to the thin objects and all should be sealed.

2.       When installing, you should assure the surface of collect angle iron smooth, and the point far from the storage should be higher 30% than another point near the storage.

3.       After finishing the installation, you should derust and lacquer the bracket completely, including the primer and the top-coat. The color and brand should be decided by consumers.

Explanation

1.       The orientation of the air cannons can be either symmetry or whorl. User and installation personnel can decide according to the conditions.

2.       This product can be installed in suspending way or pedestal way. The length of vent-pipe should be short and had better not use 90°elbow.

3.       If design space is small, startup element can make an elbow or lengthen the tube while they must be vertical.

Operation and Control

Operation and Control of Air Cannon

Controlling is finished by the operating button, and the automatic control system is performed by air cannon controller. In order to operate more air cannons, use a fixed timing single generating device to control each air cannon, and make it let off according to the scheduled interval. The control system can adopt programmable PLG to control the entire process system. If manual operation is needed, operator can carry sequential control the air cannon using the buttons on the operation panel. In addition, the operator can carry the single operation to each Air Cannon.

Control Theory and Function

After operator starting and running the air cannon, PLC startup the first air cannon through conveying belt or air cannon automatic controller according to the programs designed in advance; Then start the second air cannon until several times after delaying PLC for some time,and starting next circulation control after delaying PLC for some time when the corresponding Air Blaster is launched. The delayed time can be adjusted at anytime. The control device is possessed of manual control function. After operator switches to the manual operation, he can start each solenoid valve manually. Then the corresponding air cannon is started.

Three Control Methods of this Control System

Program Control Automatic Method: can realize the time order control the conditioned reflex control, and achieve the operating function of the setting which make the operator control the opening and closing time of all the equipment flexibly according to the practical situation, and make it reach the ideal effect.

Microcomputer Soft Manual Operation: The operator use mouse to control the open and close of each program one for one through the BOB network in the distance microcomputer.

On the Spot Hard Manual Operation: It can be finished through the operational buttons on the control cabinet.
