1 Advanced technology

Adopting the most popular two-stage culture technology and the classical three-stage culture technology,that is two-tank method and three-tank method.

About the CIP cleaning,regulating of pressure and temperature,sterilizing of propagation tank and wort sterizing,all of this are controlled automatically.This will ensure the quality of yeast beer brewing requires.

2 Excellent processing

All main body of tanks and assembled pipelines are manufactured in excellent SUS304,316L and other excellent stainless steel.This ensures asepsis during the process of proprgation and the quality of yeast propagation largely.

The welding line of tank body is smooth and well polishing,the roughness concentration of inner surface is not bigger than 0.4 um and not bigger than 0.8um in outer surface.This fully satisfies the international standard and GMP level.

Some innovation design are used in tanks structure such as the new top lid assembly,the bottom valve directly connecting with body.Besides,the sanitary sample valve,wort aerator and flange are all assembled,no dead corner falan,this ensures no corner is lost in cleaning and draining operation process.

The bottom ppipelines adopts U type sealed pipelines,this design is helpful for cleaning and steam sterilizing bottom pipelines alone before and after using so that absolute safty in use.

3 Advanced fittings

The culture tank is with jacket heating and cooling all.The structure of heating and cooling is unique.So the efficiency of heat exchanging is very high.The bottom dimple plate jacket is used for indirect steam heating and the body dimple plate jacket is used for glycol water or alcoholic water cooling.The culture tanks can all be used as seed conservation tanks.

About the CIP cleaning,regulating of pressure and temperature,wort aerating aonditions,sterilizing and yeast addition,all of this are controlled automatically and the technical parameters can be adjusted and reset quickly and safe according to special demand.

Adopting the PLC intelligent half-aumomatic/automatic control system,the process parameters can be set according to technology demand.
