Stainless Steel Industrial Heat Exchanger 

The heat exchanger (radiator) is equipped inside the stenter heating chamber, a  stenter chamber is usually equipped with 1 0r 2 heat exchangers.A blower motor outside will boost the circular hot air through a heat exchanger to dry the cloths.

1. Heat exchanger is made by φ21X2.0-45mm GB8163 seamless steel tube with extruded aluminum fin;

2. Surface tube No.:15 tubes, row No.:4 rows;

3. Design pressure:1.5MPa,design temperature:300°C;

4. Connector:∅60X3.0mm connecting tube;

5. Fin height:12mm,thickness of fin:0.3mm,fin distance:3.0mm;

6. Material: fin is aluminum, others are all carbon steel;

7. tube pass: 4 paths;

8. Surface treatment: Sprayed with high temperature silver paint;

9. Way of use:2 heat exchangers in 1 series;

10. Working condition:Blower:7.5KW,temperature:230°C,hot medium:300°C thermal oil;

11. Recommended boiler: 1.2 million kilocalorie thermal oil boiler.
