1. Characteristics:

This product is two-component room temperature curing high strength adhesive which is good at bonding a variety of metals, non-metallic materials .The product has a non-toxic, tasteless, non-polluting, oil resistance, high temperature resistance, impact resistance, fast curing time, high adhesive strength. Applies to the bond between the oil filter, diesel filter, industrial filters and air filter paper (non-woven) with metal, the product is suitable for mechanicalinjecting.

B component: yellow-brown liquid

Viscosity: A component: 28000~38000mpa.s(25°C)

B component: 150~250mpa.s (25°C)

Operational time: 6~8 minutes(25°C)

Ingredient ratio:A component: B component=6:1(Weight ratio)

Completely hardening time :24 hours

3.Construction operation

1, A and B component glue pump respectively into the classifies the glue tank, A stirring device is installed components.

2, To degrease and de-rust before gluing.

3, Mix A and B component glue according to the weight ratio of fully mixing.

4, The mixed colloid in 20 to 30 seconds glued object by injecting nozzle uniform injection.

6, Adhesive 20-30 minutes into the next process.
