The process of flour milling usually consist of the following:

1. grain storage (silos, or warehouse) 

2. Cleaning system (sifter, destoner, separator, magnet, scourer, etc)

3. Dampening (dampener, conditioning silos, etc)

4. Milling system (roller mill, plan sifter, purifier, impact detacher, etc.)

5. Flour pressure and blending system (if need)

6. Flour packing and stacking

Receiving Section (Pre-cleaning section)

To pre-clean the grain in the receiving to grain storage tank. Clean out some big impurity to protect the discharge outlet not block up when feed to flour mill. Also protect the following equipment working safely .

Cleaning Section.

Further to clean out the middle and small impurity from grain. e.g., dust, stone, magnetic material, wheat was bitten by insect and so on…

Purpose

To remove stone from wheat.

Structure

Vacuum principle.

Steel seat frame, with a sifter slop adjustment device.

Steel sifter box is supported by special hollow rubber blocks.

Removable wooden sifter frame is covered with steel mesh, and steel deflector and cubic cleaner.

Vibration driving devices: 2 × 0.25kW, amplitude 3.5-5mm, revolving speed 960r/min.

The final stone separating device can be adjusted.

General board includes product entry, suction connector, and air control valve with vacuum indicator.

Outlet is equipped with a rubber sleeve valve.Outlet collection hopper.

Integrated product distribution system.

Organic glass inspection window, and inspection hole is sealed with a rubber cover.

Milling

Mill: mill the grain to break the integrity by the roller moving

Sifter: to separate the flour and bran, also separate large size and small size to enssure flour quality.

Upper enclosed housing in stainless steel construction, lower enclosed housing in cast steel construction.
With two grinding units horizontally arranged, one on both roller mill sides, each equipped with power-integrated bearing packs and vibration absorbers.

Self aligning roller bearings.
Four built-in grinding rolls of high grade centrifugal cast, dynamically balanced, prepared for water cooling.

Choice of fluted or smooth, frosted grinding rolls.

Pneumatic roll pressing force.

Roll protection device for foreign objects.

Two handwheels on each side for roll setting with position indicator. Pneumatically controlled, automatic engagement and disengagement of grinding and feeding rolls.

Pneumatically regulated, automatic servo feeders(Remarks: 1B controlled by pneumatic clutch)for feeding rolls and spreader-screw or double feeding rolls. Tooth wedge belt for drive transmission between grinding rolls.

Main drive pulleys either for flat- or V-belts.

With rushes or automatic lift-off knife scrapers, as required.
Air exhaust from grinding gap of all reduction passages.

Tapered Lucite inlet glass with partition, if necessary.
Built-in product collection hopper. Metal parts entering in contact with mill stock are powder coated for sanitary reasons.
Ends of roll stand are either encased or equipped with covers.

Each sieve group with 3 sieves decks each with 4 light metal sieve frames = totally 24 sieve frames per machine.
Sieve frames are clothed, can be re-tightened.

Sieve cleaning with self-reversing travelling brushes.

2 separate chambers above the sieves, each sectioned in 16 equal sections with air control slides.

Sieve lighting with one lighting fixture.

1 air collection manifold with 2 throttle valves and 1 connector to the central aspiration.

2 double collecting channels with outlet spout for troughs.
2 vibrating motors 0.18kw each.

With 3 spare sieve frames clothed.

Packing Section

Our packing machine is fully automatic weighting and packing. The precision is less than 0.2%. Like 25kg/bag, the weight is not less than or no more than 50g.
