Structure: Vacuum Tumbler is composed of frame, tumbling system, vacuum system 

and hydraulic system. From frame to inner-barrel adopts SUS304 stainless steel.

Control: PLC control, easy to operate, 99 formulas could be saved.

Features:

1. Vacuum Tumbler is an over-and-under type tumbler. The refrigeration system is composed 

of outer-barrel, blade and central part. Large refrigeration area, fast cooling speed.

2. Products could be tumbled at any angel during over-and-under range. U-shape paddle 

prevent damage to large size meat.

3. Mirror polish treatment to the inner-barrel, it reduces friction between products and 

inner-barrel. Easy to do the cleaning work.
