a) Oil resistant conveyor belt can be divided into two types according to
the properities of cover, anti abrasive type(D) and ordinary type(L)
b) According to the different oil resistance, it can be divided into two types
of Y1 and Y2 .

Polyester conveyor belts, also called EP conveyor belts, whose tension resistant body is canvas woven by polyester in warp and polyamine in transportation of materials. Because of the high initial modulus of polyester, the belts can choose a relative low safety factor.

Configuration:

The anti-draught body was made up of cotton canvas, nylon,polyester canvas,also be matched with top-bottom rubber cover characters.

Application:Belt is suitable in chemical industry,electric power,metallurgy,light industry,foodstuff machining and coal mine.

GB/T7984-2001, GB/T10822-2003, DIN22102, AS1332,JISK6322, etc.

The physical and mechanical properties:

1. The physical and mechanical properties of coverffig layer: please refer to the physical and mechanical properties of the common conveyer belt.
2. Tensile property of through thickness:
a. The longitudinal tensile strength is not lower than the following nominal value:
315 400 500 600 630 800 900 1000N/mm
b. The through thickness elongation rate of the belt should not less than rate of trough thickness of the belt should no more than 4%.
c. Straightness: no more than 25mm.
