    We have a strong R&D team with our own designers & sculptors, customizing product as per customer's ideas or drawings.

    Provide samples for customer review before placing order. Some items may be charged as per value and quantity.

3. Test and Audit service

   As per customer requirements, we can assit to get the designated test reports for product and the designated factory audit reports. The cost can be negociated according to the product and the quantity which will be ordered.

4. Shipping service

    Provide services for vessel booking, goods consolidation, custom declaration, shipping documents preparation and delivery at shipping port.

5. After sale service

    In quality warranty period if there is any qualtity problem, pls inform us, we will slove it in first time and give you best  satisfactions.

6. Resource sharing service 

    In every month our factory have new products made, we will upload them into our catalogue in first time, you can choose and order new products according to your needs. 

1. How to control products quality?  

Re: In every production lines there are special machine inspectors and more than 3 QC, 

before packing we have second QC to recheck again. 

2. Do you accept OEM order?

Re: Yes, we have strong design and develop team, and the engineers are very excellent,                              have more than 10 years working experience in this line, you only need to inform us your 

ideas or send sampleor drawing,then we will ask it to be fact.   

3. What about samples, charges and time?

Re:  Actually it depends on the products. For low value products, we will provide free samples, 

freight collect. But for some high value samples, it need cost and freight collect. Pls noted that 

all samples cost and freight cost can be returned back to you after order placed.  

4. What about delivery time? 
Re: for stocks delivery time is in 2~3days, for new production goods delivery time will be in 

25~30days after confirming sample and paid deposit. 

5. How to ship?

Re: Customer can first confirm detail shipping way by sea, by air or by express, then customers 

or we contact shipping forwarder to book vessal, then we will ship goods to port, after vessal leaving 

port we will send bill, inovice, packing list, original certificate or other documents to customers for 

clean custom. After clean custom customers will get goods.
