Q:Can you design product for customer?

R: Yes,we can! Our six R&D engineers, with five years of experience, have the ability to release two new items monthly and finish a sample in 10 to 20 days based on your requests. 

In order to provide suitable solutions for lighting applications, we have our own tool room and injection molding production lines.

QUALITY CONTROL:

(1)We test each item before shipping to ensure they are in good condition.

(2) As an experienced supplier we can package goods in carton box with EPE, which would prevent your items from some unexpected damages efficiently during delivery.

(3)We offer you fast shipping, usually around 3-5 days preparation. This is an approximate time, your shipment data would be up to your specific orders.

(4)We would let you know the tracking number once we’ve sent out your products.

RETURN POLICY

Only defective product will be offered exchange (the damage of misusage, man operated or uncontrolled factors is not include in this policy)

The freight of shipping back the defective products is on buyers. It may take up 5 days to process your return after we receive your product.

GUARANTY

If any problems of our products, we’ll change the items for you free in the first three month. We’ll let you know when send out the new product. The freight of shipping back the items is on buyers, we take charge of the freight shipping the new items to you.
