Our worldwide Swissisers provide twelve(12)months guarantee(details are listed below) for the ……watch you purchased.Guarantee period is calculated from the date of purchase. Guarantee will become effective only after the certificate of international Guarantee is properly filled by authorized swissisers. Manufacturer’s Guarantee does not apply to the following items.

v  Battery,crystal.leather bracelet and/or

v  Damage caused by improper handling,incaution,accident or normal abrasion and/or

v  Indirect damage probably caused by fault,manner of use,inaccuracy or failure.

If any fault occurs to your watch and it is within the guarantee scope,the manufacturer of……watch will take full responsibility of free service or exchange.The twelve(12) months guarantee period of the substitutive watch is calculated from the purchase date of the original watch,The manufacturer of ……watch will not respond to other requests such as damage conpensation, withdrawal of purchase contract,refund or withdrawal of products.Any promise out of guarantee certificate must be fulfilled by the Swissiser where you purchased the watch.This guarantee certificate will be in valid if the watch is repaired or maintained by any person who has not been authorized by ……Watch Company or it’s representatives,

1.What is your best price for this watch?

       The price is negotiable.It can change according to your quantity or package.when you are making an inquiry,please let us know the quantity you want.

2.What’s your MOQ? Can I mix styles and colors?

      For customized style,we usually require MOQ for 500pcs per model per color.If you have to mix styles and colors,the price may be slightly higher than that of one color one modal.

3.What’s the delivery time?

     For products we have in stock,we can ship it within 3 days after receiving your payment based on 50pcs. For custom order, quantity within 1000pcs,production time is 30-45 days after confirm with every details.

4.What is your packing based on the price you quoted?

     The price we quoted is based on Bubble bag and white paper bag then export carton that we normally use.

     Yes,we can make the logo for you.usually the logo can be marked on dial,case back,crown or buckle,depending on customer’s interest.If you have to print or mark any logo,please let us know so we can figure out the cost for you.

     We are very confident in our products,and we pack them very well,so usually you will receive your order in good condition,but you avoid any subsequent trouble regarding quality issue,we suggest that you check the watches once you receive them,and let us know the details if there is any demaged ones,so that we can deal with it accordingly and immediately.

6.To what depth are your watches water resistant?

    Our watches are water resistant to 30,50,100,120,150,200 or 300meters,depending on the type of watch,please keep in mind that a watch water resistance can be permanently guaranteed.It may notably be affected by the ageing of gaskets or by an accidental shock to the case.

7.How to use the watches to ensure they continue to work for many years?

     Please avoid putting your watch from magnetic fileds,shocks,or chemicals.
