1. How long will it take to execute my order?

This depends on the the order quantity and models. our normal lead time is 3-7 working days. We will let you know the estimated lead time after your deposit..

2. How much will the shipping cost be?

This will depend on the size and weight of your order and the method of shipping, small order can send it by DHL, about the fee , you need to tell me the address and what models you choose from our list.

3. Do you provide samples?

Yes, we can provide samples of all the items listed

We can send the samples by DHL, FEDEX, EMS, UPS or to your warehouse,

4. Do I need to send the defective products back to you for warranty?

No, you don't need to send it back for warranty.

Pls provide us the pictures or videos if there is any quality problem during this period.

We will confirm the issues soon, then you need to cut wires or destroy the defective and show us picture and videos again.

If any damage happens not caused by misuse or vandalism, then we'll send you a new one.
