Gluten gravity screen

Gluten gravity screen is always used to separate B starch and active protein coming from 3-phase horizontal centrifuge in wheat starch production line, together with gluten washing followed.  After gluten separation and washing, washed gluten is sent to dehydration section then.

Wheat flour paste kneaded by dough mixer or other method is sent into rotary drum by feeding device, rolling forward in the drum and completely washed by spray system. There doesn’t exists mesh at the early stage of the drum, while little-size gluten wouldn’t leak and would be rolled to mass. 

Centrifugal Sieve is used to separate the fine fiber from the starch slurry, which is widely used in the processing of potato, cassava, sweet potato, wheat, corn, rice, sago and other grain starch extraction.
