1.Convex-Teeth Degerminator  (Coarse Grinder)

Degerminator is mainly applied to coarse crashing of steeped corn adequately to facilitate the separation of germ and fiber as well as endosperm and get the highest germ extraction. 

2. Vertical pin mill 

Vertical pin mill is a modern fine grounding equipment with high efficiency. It is a key equipment widely used in corn and potato starch processing industry.

3. Germ Cyclones

 The PX series germ cyclones are mainly used for germ separation by turbulent flow under certain pressure when corns are roughly crashed.

4. Pressure Arc Sieve

Pressure arc sieve is highly efficient fine sieve under certain pressure, applied in starch processing for multi-stage counter-current rinse, sieving and separation, dehydration and abstraction as well as elimination of solid-form substances and impurities.

5. Disc separator

Disc separator is mainly used in the starch production that coming from maize, manioc, wheat, potatoes or other material sources for separating, concentrating and washing of starch and protein. The machine can also be applicable to the pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries for producing of material sources which are adapted to the functions of this machine.

6. Belt Vacuum Filter

7. Peeler centrifuge
