Work principle:
The motor drive the patterned rollers through belt-gearbox-gears. The two-couple of rollers rotate oppositely to each other,and the fed solidified latex&rubber will be pressed and dehydrated, then the processed rubber sheets will be output through the belt at the bottom of the rollers.Pls note that the machine can be moved easily through the moving device at the bottom.
Function:
This machine was mainly made up of five parts: Driving device(motor, triangle belt, gearbox & starting gears); Roller assembly; Output conveyor; Racks; Moving device.
The double-couple rollers rubber thinning machine is used for standard natural rubber production. It can press and dehydrate from the solidified latex&rubber blocks and at the same time make it thinner.
