We cut raw material into small size for some machines such as refine, dry mix and plasticity equipment before feeding raw material into machine in rubber industrial. Rubber block is cut to have a grading acceptance inspection before loading in storage. In initial stage of rubber production, worker used manual saw to cut and check rubber block, which is low efficient, high labor and more time defect.   Hydraulic Guillotine Natural Crumb Rubber Cutting-out Machine   is not only use for rubber line, but also plastic goods and another material.

      Hydraulic Guillotine  Cutting-out Machine is used in cutting natural rubber/synthetic rubber blocks into smaller pieces for secondary refining.According to the width of the cutters, there are 2 different sizes of guillotine hydraulic rubber cutting machines, which with the cutter of 660mm width and the other 1000mm. These 2 types of rubber cutting machines are in different sizes, but same construction.
   

• Work Principle:

  
       Hydraulic Guillotine  Cutting-out Machine   consists of a rack, a cutter, a hydro-cylinder, and the hydraulic system. During operation, the rubber block is put under the cutter, then it will be cut into 2 pieces by the cutter which is moving down by the pressure from the hydraulic cylinder.
