LNP-600 Graphite Grinding and Spheroidizing Production Line

Description

LNP -600 graphite grinding and spheroidizing production line is consists of 1 set of grinding jet mill and 2sets of shaping machine.Raw material s be ground by jet millto below 40um ,and then materials enter into the two shaping machines by pneumatic transmission for spheroidizing and fine powder extracting to get qualified product.

Advantages

• High capacity: product yeild is depending on the proportion of fines during the grinding process.LNJP jet mill and classifier is a newly grinding machine for specific size requirement,high yeild and less over-grinding materials..Its grinding principle is raw materials be put into the mill and there is a  classifier before grinding first to sort out the qualified products.And the coarser particles enter into the mill again for grinding ,each particle collision with each other only once,after that particles enter into the classifier for the second sorting.The qualified particles be sorted out and the coarser particles enter into grinding chamber again, so the cycle.The residence time of materials in the grinding chamber is very short that avoid the secong grinding of qualified particles and ensure the  yeild.(Petroleum  coke d90 <45um,the fines proportion of 5um is below 7%)

• Grinding materials enter into quantitative silo and shaper by pneumatic transmission for shaping and classifying.Shaping magnitude anf shaping time are ajustable according to the shape of particles.The finest  of materials can be sorted out during the shaping process.Special desighed flow guide plate,alloyed plastic head,wear resistant ceramic liner,which are guaranteedthe purity of products.

• Omniseal negetive pressure operation.Collecting efficiency can be up to 99.9%.Work shop dust removal device has designed.Feeding port and discharge port both own dust cover.Cleaning produce environment and no contamination.

• Fully automatic PLC control ,easy to operate.
