PE pipes extruding production line can produce PE pipes with diameters from 160mm to 315mm.

We produce series plastic pipes extrusion line, the extrusion line can produce series plastic pipes, profiles, such as PE pipes, PP, Pipes, PVC ppes, PP-R pipes, or window or door profiles etc.
1.heater: Cast Al ( with blower cooling, stainless steel sheath).
2.electric appliance: Schneider.
3.speed adjusting: Sweden ABB frequency control, low or high speed rotary all even.
4.temperature controller: Japan Omran , temperature control precise.
5.material of barrel and screw :38CrMoAlA nitriding treatment.
6.Reducer/distributor case: hard tooth-face wheel gear reducer(Jiangyin made).
7.feeding motor: frequency control(0.75KW)
8.out-gassing :vacuum out-gassing(2.2KW)
