BVRJ-30 vacuum tumbler  is completely made of stainless steel SUS304. It comprises frame, vacuum system, tumbling barrel, tipping components, electric cabinet, motor etc.

BVRJ-30 vacuum tumbler  is CE certified and built according to HACCP standards.

BVRJ-30 vacuum tumbler massages the meat lumps under vacuum condition, the meat will be tenderized so that it can absorb full brine and dissolves the protein. 

It is table type, mainly suit for meat laboratory and small meat processing plants.
