1000C calcium silicate fireproof board

The range 280-400kgs/m3 of 1000 centi-degree calcium silicate insulation board has been developed to provide outstanding service in demanding fire-proof application such as industrial chimney and flue part contact fire directly. It also can bear load and support different from refractory backup insulation. Uses include fire-rate enclosures around structural steel, tanks, equipment, fire-rated walls and fire-proof doors. Double sanded surface finishing give a precise specification. Test report mane in European authorized lab are available.

1 Perfect fire—proof performance: Its fire proof grade can reach 2-3 hours. Completely meet the US standard ansii/UL1709-2007 rapid rise fire test of protection material for structural.

2 Low thermal conductivity figures—Lowest conductivity provides top insulation thoughout its temperature range.

3 Good thermal stability—Xonotlite calcium silicate provides superior thermal shock resistance and stability withstand continuous heat up to its full temperature use liit with small linear shrinkage. Its 8-11% crystal water content perform as a buffer to attacks the heat when fire happen.

4 Long service life—No pulverization such like ceramic fiber felt.

5 Easily machinable—Loosen and fibre composition make the board can.

6 Can be machined by normal wood—working tools at slower speed. Also electric saw. Utilizing carbide or diamond tipped tooling.

7 Safe and clean operation—Free from asbestos, suiphur, and chioride, no toxic carcinogen.
