Product Description
API Cementing tools Casing Float Collar and Float Shoe in Oil and Gas for Oil Well Drilling
The Float Collar and Float Shoe are used to guide casing puting into the hole, and necessary conventional accessories for down-structure of casing string. It can adjust floating power of the casing when casing been laid in.
The upper end of float shoe is connected casing and lower end is connected with the semilunar cement head. Float shoe contains a backpressure valve that prevents fluids from entering the casing while the pipe is lowered into the hole and prevents cement from flowing back into the casing after placement, while enabling circulation down through the casing.
