Introduction of processing:

The equipment is used for pigs dehairing process. After perming hair, sludge scraper will put pigs in dehairing machine, high-speed rotating scraped soft and roller blade will shave the rolling pig. After shaving, with pigs fence upward, the pig was thrown out of  debristling machine under the action of centrifugal force, then into the clear water reserviors or tablet on the conveyor. 

It is easy to operate and clean.

There are 2 types: mechanicalhy, hydraulic.

1. It is suitable for small and medium slaughtering factory.

2. For pig of 50-125kg, dehairing rate was 97%.

3. Processing capacity: 180-240 pigs; The maximum load: 230 kg
