Basic Function:

Auto Cup Feeding---Quantitative Filling Cup-----Two-time Auto Cup Sealing ------Auto Cup Exit(Automatic optical membrane, Ribbon Printing, Auto Punching, and Auto Collection of waste rolling film device)

Machine Basic Structure:

1. Frame: is made of section welding with outside 304L. In the bottom, it is equipped with fixed bolts and movable wheel. Template is processed by aluminum.

2. Cup feeding device: is consist of cup storage warehouse, cup pushing cylinder, cup dividing cylinder, frame and skateboard.

3. Filling: is made of material storage barrel, in-and out liquid valve, rotary valve, filling quantitative device and etc. This kind of filling is made of two filling heads with the same time filling. When the rotary valve turns to one side, quantitative cylinder and in-and-out valve of material storage barrel are connected. Fill the material into the piston filling quantitative cylinder, and then fill into the cup by piston quantitative cylinder adjusting the routine.

4. Auto sealing: is consist of guide, guide sleeve, the heating module, heat pipes, temperature controller, regulator balance spring and etc.( Automatic optical membrane, Ribbon Printing, Auto Punching, and Auto Collection of waste rolling film device)

5. Cup exit device: is consist of top Cup slope plate, slide, pole and etc.

6. Transmission system: is made of three-phase motor, reducer, step box, transmission chain and etc.

7. Electric control system: is made of control panel, electrical installation plate, pneumatic control box, sensors and etc.
