I. Brief Introduction.

Our SMZG-100C Laminate Tube Making Machine is a new tube making machine. It is a successful copy of AISA 2000. This machine is together with mechanical, electronic and pneumatic technologies, so we are the leading company providing solutions for welding plastic laminated tubes. With the single production line, we can weld both aluminum plastic tubes and plastic compounded tubes. The machine is widely used for tubes such as for packing creams, lotions including toothpaste, food, medicine, cosmetics and etc.

The machine is high automatic, controlled by PLC with of touch screen. Compared with the machines of the same kind domestic and abroad, it has the following advantages:

 2. It has higher productivity, stable performance and lower consumption, very low defects.

 3. With high frequency welding, welded seam is more firm and smooth.

 4. Tubes are cut by either color code or length.

 5. Seam welding can entirely cover the exposed aluminum foils to ensure the quality of fillings for quite a long time.

6. Alarming system is also adopted on the touch screen. It makes the operation more safe and easy.
