Our PTC warmfloor is based on 1.2 mm thick and 34 cm wide heating elements of carbon-enriched polyethylene with copper braid embedded along both edges. All of the plastics are electrically conductive. Because of the resistance in this material, heat is developed. The advantage of this technology is self-regulating effection. The elements are cut to desired lengths and clips are mounted for wire connection. Safety transformers running on 24Volt ensures a safety system.

PTC Warmfloor is a strong, flexible, thin plastic heating mat. It is made of an innovative polymer blendthat heats when electricity is passed through the material. And the function of PTC material is to automatically increase the resistance of the heating element and then decrease the power when the temperature rises. The PTC warmfloor self regulate the temperature by the homogeneous polymer of PTC material used to produce the probe and the nanometer exothermic material instead of the one or more temperature probes, which seems that the temperature probe is placed everywhere, Thus can realize fast heating, flexible adjustment, automatical temperature control.
