Product Description
Prestressed anchorage, all called bearing block, is an important part in the prestressing system. It can clamp the tensioned PC strand into the concrete permanently.
CMEC Prestressing System includes all kinds of prestressed anchorages you may need. There are two categories: stressing anchorage and fixed anchorage. Stressing anchorages include BYM type (circular) and BM (flat) type. Fixed anchorages include P type (extruding anchorage), H type (onion anchorage) and so on.
Our CPS prestressed anchorage system is produced strictly according to relevant standards. We are always paying attention to the materials test, machining precision, surface treatment and finish inspection, which make our products the most reliable in China.
All the prestressed anchorages are designed separately for 15.24mm (0.6”) and 12.7mm (0.5”) PC strands.

BM type prestressed anchorage is used for the strands with linear arrangement to avoid increasing the thickness of concrete plate. BM type anchorage includes flat anchor plate, grippers, flat bearing plate, and uses the QYC mono stressing jack. Bearing block is the excellent tools for prestressing engineer.

P type prestressed anchorage system is used for directly transmitting the tension force to beam end. It includes extruding sleeves, anchor plate, spiral reinforcement and so on. The extruding sleeves are fixed to the strands by special GYJ extruding machine and powered by ZB2×2-50A electric oil pumps.
H type prestressed anchorage system is used for transmitting the tension force to concrete. it includes strands with self-anchor head, steel bracket for supporting the self-anchor head, spiral reinforcement, constraint circle etc. The pear-shaped (some calls onion shape) self-anchor heads are made by the YH30 embossing machine and ZB2x2-50A oil pump.
CPS is short for CMEC PRESTRESS SYSTEM (TM). It contains all kinds of prestressing jacks, oil pumps, duct making and processing machines, fix-end anchor making machines, as well as all kinds of anchorage, couplers, ducts (metal and plastic corrugated pipes), PC strands, as well as mortar mixers and pumping system. We are a one-stop supplier and servicer for your prestressing project. The CPS is widely adopted in highway bridges, railway bridges, dams, high-raise buildings and so on.
