FEATURES OF CPF POSITIVE YARN FEEDER:

1. With integrated prevention of yarn device.

2. Pecial-shaped ceramic to protect yarn components.

3. The wheel around the yarn for steel wheel and lead alloy wheels are used special materials, anti-wear and rust.

4. CPF stisfied with customers' easy operation, low maintenance, long service life requirements.

5. The contact place with the yarn that has a surface area exposed to anti-wear treatment.

6. The optional tension set spring tesion set, ceramic tension set or magnetic tension set.

7. The knot catcher has size: 0.4mm, 0.5mm, 0.6mm, 0.8mm, 1.0mm, 1.2mm or adopt a more convenient rotary yarn clearer.

8. The drive wheel can be equipped with : T type timing belt wheel, P type punched wheel.

9. Electric circuit control is equipped with : twin-core circuit, the lower parking brake for thrabove and bellow.

10. The optional yarn broken down voltage: 12V, 24V.

11. You can choose Two-core flat cable or single cable as you want.
