A: Yes we can offer sample for testing quality and we need to charge 15% on base of large quantity and we will refund extra to in next large quanitty order quantity more than 50pcs

A: It usually takes about 35~40days  for production based on specifications for your order and quantity.

3. Q: What's your payment terms?

A: We usually accept T/T or L/C at sight as the main payment terms,and other payment can also be negotiated.

4. Q: What's your warranty terms?

A:Normally we offer 3 years for motor ,2 years for battery also both of motor and battery our supplier has service center in Germany and Netherland of European market .

5. Q: Do you have the products in stock?

A: We never do stock due to every client has different requirment of logo and specifiation ,normal we do OEM 

6. Q: Can I mix different models in one container?

Yes, different models can be mixed up in one full container.
