This maximun heating temperature is over 500 degree centigrades,Heater for Single Screw Extruder.Single screw extruder squeezes out cooling heater, the heating and cooling in extruders material entrance were conducted with air cooling system. And strip ceramic heater can control the temperature accurately. It only needs moderate air flow to cool. Special designed copper radiator conducts heat effectively, makes low noise and controls the fusions temperature accurately.
Every heating area was made up of two to ten cooling rings. The power in heating area was shared by heating and cooling rings which takes 500W to 800W power. And with T2 red coppers excellent thermal conductivity, the heating and cooling rings service life was lengthen. This product is one of the most advanced heater in the world.
