 Advantages:

1. Independent control, a spur line a control box with PLC control, frequency control.
2. Due to the height difference between mainline and sorting line, the workpiece drops to the sorting line from the main line automatically without curved way.
3. Test line install fluorescent lamp holder with lights in the support position, using Philips dual- tube 40W lamp.
4. The power supply of test line adopts air outlet in the form, and takes power from the main line for easy moving.
5. Beneath the lines body, there is a compressed air line quick connectors with oil mist filter and an universal waterproof 5-hole socket with fuse and leakage protection every 3m distance.

6. Each control box is interlocking to avoid operational errors, the protective coverall is equipped at all of the control box and the speed parts.
7. With brake casters for easy move.

Product Description:

Photoelectric switch controls putting the workpieces from sorting line to main conveyor line.And it can automatically identify whether there is workpiece on the mainline ,no accumulation and collision occur.

Main line can automatically identify, found products and start running, shut down after the item is conveyed,no idling.
