NTC sensors used in hot water supply and water service equipment must be able to withstand hot, humid environments. Our NTC sensors provide outstanding moisture resistance.

To prevent electric erosion, our sensors feature the optimal selection of sensor protecting tubes materials—copper, chrome-plated copper, stainless steel and others. Shibaura can also provide liquid level sensors and flow sensors for other water-related application.

Spec can be customized per each client's requirement:

Rated zero-power resistance	R50 = 3485k ohm± 3% (at 50°C)
B Value	B0/100 = 3450K ± 2%
Dissipation Factor	Approx. 4mW/°C (in stirred water)
Thermal Time Constant	Approx. 12s (case immerses in stirred water from 0°C to 45°C)
Max. Power Rating	10mW (at 25°C)
Operating Temperature	-30 ~ 150°C
Max Temp	200°C (Induction heat section *1 hour)
