2. How do I place an order?

3. What is my lead time?

• Within 24 hours of placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your order. If you do not receive a confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact Customer Service at +86 (0757) 8650-5035

4. Lead time is based on the types of your order.

• Sample order ( few items ): 10-15 working days upon receipt of official PO.
• Trial Order ( 20’GP X1 ): 20-30 working days upon receipt of official PO.
• Mass production ( 40’HQ X1 or more ): 30-45 working days upon receipt official PO.

8. How do I order a sample?

• Full sample payment before production, then our sales will assist you to ship the sample by DHL, or TNT or Ups, etc. Normally, few piece items’ volume is less than 1 cubic meter, shipping by air is the most efficient way compared with the hassle shipping by sea.

9. If it is my first time to import something from China, will you company can support us in the process of shipment?
