Our mill possesses "Karl Mayer" HKS warp-knitting machines imported from Germany. further more we possess most advanced "Karl Mayer" RD/6 2-needlebar machines for 3D spacer / air mesh products. 
We are taking full advantage of the perfect textile-industry resources in Yangtze Delta, have jointed with factories of lamination, flocking, weaving and circular knitting, having developed a big series of special functional fabrics to enrich our products.

 We have been specializing in VELLUTINO fabric (tricot brush, tricot flannel, loop velvet) for Italy and Greece market from 2002, now we are supplying 400,000 meters monthly. As a result of an excellent joint development with our agency, our throughput and sales is still increasing.
Vellutino fabric we are producing is made by 40D x 40D polyester, 60gsm, width including 115cm,155cm, 160cm, 165cm, 182cn, 195cm. Its brushing side could be sticky with VELCRO automatically very good, and price is very competitive, so it be largely used in sofa industries after lamination with foam, and also many other industies.
Our quality standard is: it could be sticked with the velcro totally 20times.
