Stone production line is mainly composed of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, counterattack crusher, circular vibrating screen, belt conveyor (tape conveyor) and other equipments. Use Flow of Sand-stone Production Line Equipment

1. When the hardness of the material doesn't exceed 150Mpa, we usually use one-time forming equipment to save customer cost and improve work efficiency. The main equipments are: vibrating feeder--high efficiency compound crusher (Namely two-in-one crusher, which can break large materials into ideal particle size through special design, normally is hammer crusher)--vibrating screen--finished stone product. Belt conveyor is used to transport the materials during the process.

2. In the stone production line, when the hardness of the material doesn't exceed 150Mpa, such as granite, basalt etc, we all adopt the crushing technology of two-level sand-stone production line. The main equipments are: vibrating feeder--jaw crusher (primary crushing)--stone crusher (secondary crushing, can adopt counterattack crusher, hammer crusher, or impact crusher)--vibrating screen--finished stone product. Belt conveyor is used to transport the materials during the process.
