Introduction of Fan-type Coal Mill

1. It is the key machine in the process of the heating, annealing, quenching, drying, firing.
2. It is used for the powder manufacturing of coke powder, coal gangue, phosphate fertilizer, slag, limestone and plaster.
3. It can realize the function of continuous dying, grinding, delivery and air providing.
4. The equipment set can control the feed of coal and adjust the fineness of coal powder freely with small size, compact structure and adaptable process layout.
5. The requirement of coal quality is not high. As the finesse of pulverized coal can reach 20%of R90 residues, the coal powered can be burned completely in the suspended state, and the flame’s radiating capacity can be increased greatly.

The Coal Preparation Process

1. The raw coal magnetic separated after coarse crushing;
2.  Coal going to coal supply machine from hopper;
3.  Coal going to grinding chamber with hot dry air;
4.  Broken coal going to a swirl wind separator through the primary wind generated by mill itself.
5.  Fine coal combusting in burner after transmitted through a pipeline.
6.  Due to the larger inertia, coarse coal cannot be taken away by primary wind after a whirlwind separator, going back into the hopper and being grinded again through feeding entrance.
