Q: What size are the Video Brochure?
A: We can supply cards from business card size, A5 .A4 size to bespoke video brochure sizes, including Videobooks and Video Presentation Boxes.

Q: How many buttons can be build with video brochure ?

A: Max 10 (on/off , play/pause , volume up ,volume down , reward , forward , previous , next , mute ,Video)

Q: What memory size do the video brochure have?
A: From 128MB to 16GB depending on your requirements.

Q: Can we change the video of video brochure?
A:Yes , you can use USB cable to change video whatever you want,

Q: What format does videos need to be to play and are there any other specifications that we should be aware of?
A: This varies on screen size. HD options are available, otherwise 2.4"and 2.8" is 320 x 240 resolution,4", 4.3" and 5" is 1280 x 720, 7" in 1280 x 720 and 10" is 1920 x 1080. Various file formats can be used including MP4 or AVI, (we will normally correctly encode, optimise and load any video for you)

Q: What is the battery life?
A: Battery life up to 12 hours ,can be specified (2 hours standard). Batteries are fully rechargeable via mini USB port

Q: What is the standard timeline for delivery once we supply artwork?
A: This depends on size of order but can be from as little as 2 days if supplied out of stock.
Normal delivery time for other orders is between 10 to 14 days depending on quantities

Q: Warranty period- Is there a warranty period for this?
A: 2 years
