Shipping: 

1. Sample Shipping: DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX are all available for us. We can use your express account or we can using our express agent to send the samples to you. In order to save some express charges, we are very happy to offer you our price for reference.

2. Mass production goods shipping: By sea or by air.

1. Delivery time: We will give you a delivery time for reference first. The real lead time is according to the workshop schedule when you place us the order and the real order quantity;

2. Sample charges: We will offer free samples if you need our available products. If you need to customize the sample, eg: print logo or make your own design, we will need sample charges. And sample charges will be returned when mass production is placed.

3. Package: We are real manufacturer, so most of our package are simply package, like poly bag. If you need retail package, you'd better tell us the kind you need and we will quote the package price to you. For the products with neutral pacakge, If you need your own artworks printing, we can also help you to print it.
