Stamford Dynamo Main Performance Data:

1. The Standard protection for CSC series generators is IP23;

2. Winding are insulated to class H;
3. Full-damping whole salient construction guarantees generators to be operated stably in any conditions, and enable it to run under 150% rated Speed (2250r/min) for 2 min;

4. 2/3 winding pitch, easy to operate with the other generator in parallel;

4.INSULATION AND VARNISH

The insulation stem is class H All wound components are impregnated with materials and processes designed specifically ensure the generator running in dreadful conditions. The special developed resin materials meet required for high mechanical strength of windings and rotating components. WINDINGS AND ELECTRICAL PERFORMANCE All generator stators are wound to 2/3 pitch. this eliminates triple(3rd,9th,15th…)harmonics on the voltage waveform and is an optimum designed for UPS equipment of non linear loads. The 2/3 pitch design avoids excessive neutral currents result from higher winding pitches. A fully consecutive damper winding reduces oscillations during paralleling. The 2/3 pitch windings and care fully selected pole and tooth ensures very low waveform distortion.
