1. Adopt imported intensifier pump to pressurize normal tap water to 500Mpa, provide a stable

    pressure 440Mpa within 24 hours.

2. Adopt three-phase 75KW 160L hydraulic stabilizing system,and the maximum displacement

    of accumulator 3.7L/min filter water system,two in one system 5μm water filter.

3. Taiwan HIWIN ball screw with a protective system insures the accuracy of processing.

Cutting speed is depended on two basic situation of water jet:

1, Working pressure of equipment

2, Sand quality and quantity

If max working pressure is 380MPA, inside diameter of sand pipe is 0.76-1.2mm, 

sand quantity is 80mesh, flow is 700-750g/min, then cutting speed of water jet is (mm/min) :

NOTE: 

The speed above is speed for cutting through. 

Better cutting finish, slower speed.
